JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is focused on driving store performance, managing operations efficiently, and leading a high-performing retail team. The position requires a strong balance between sales execution, cost control, customer experience, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive turnover to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
Control and manage expenses in line with company expectations.
Monitor stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
Manage people processes including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance management.
Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering on customer service strategies and meeting customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Matric certificate (required).
Minimum of 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
