Radisson Hotel Group is currently looking for a Kitchen Steward to join its hospitality team in Cape Town.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the scenes.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll help support the hotel’s kitchen operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, and work areas remain clean, organised, and ready for service.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining hygiene standards and helping the kitchen team operate efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen and stewarding areas clean and organised
- Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen
- Support kitchen operations as directed by management
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
