Contract: 3-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Shift-based schedule between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 – 18:00 (including weekends and public holidays)
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role is suited to individuals with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, international contact centre environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–12 months’ call centre experience (inbound, outbound, or blended)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent (essential for international clients)
- Strong computer literacy, including a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy
- High attention to detail and strong data capturing ability
- Matric (Grade 12) – required
- Clear criminal record (verification checks will be conducted)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist customers with enquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and support
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timeframes and escalate where necessary
- Accurately log all customer interactions on the system
Outbound Calling
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, verifications, and sales campaigns
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs
Customer Service and Communication
- Deliver high-quality customer service using a friendly and solution-driven approach
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients
- Handle difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Administration and Data Accuracy
- Capture customer information and case notes accurately with zero errors
- Process requests, follow-ups, and documentation according to company procedures
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and compliance standards
