Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Shift-based schedule between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 – 18:00 (including weekends and public holidays)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role is suited to individuals with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, international contact centre environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6–12 months’ call centre experience (inbound, outbound, or blended)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent (essential for international clients)
  • Strong computer literacy, including a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy
  • High attention to detail and strong data capturing ability
  • Matric (Grade 12) – required
  • Clear criminal record (verification checks will be conducted)
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with enquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and support
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timeframes and escalate where necessary
  • Accurately log all customer interactions on the system

Outbound Calling

  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, verifications, and sales campaigns
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs

Customer Service and Communication

  • Deliver high-quality customer service using a friendly and solution-driven approach
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients
  • Handle difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism

Administration and Data Accuracy

  • Capture customer information and case notes accurately with zero errors
  • Process requests, follow-ups, and documentation according to company procedures
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and compliance standards
