About the Role

A very busy restaurant in Camps Bay is looking for an experienced Hot Pass Chef (Breakfast) who can work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage the breakfast hot pass efficiently.

You must be able to handle pressure, maintain speed and quality, and work well with the kitchen team.

Requirements

✔ Experience as a Hot Pass Chef (Breakfast service)
✔ Able to work fast and under pressure
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Willing to start ASAP
✔ Must provide a CV with contactable references

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hot pass during breakfast service
• Ensure accurate plating and timing
• Coordinate with chefs & waitstaff
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and workflow
• Assist with prep when needed
