This is a permanent, entry-level remote position offering monthly earnings between R13,800 and R20,700, commission, bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities.

Job Description
As a Chat Representative, you will communicate with customers through written channels on digital platforms. Your role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, supporting sales conversations, and contributing to customer engagement while working remotely within clear processes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in written communication with new and existing customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support customers using a sales-driven and upselling approach
- Follow structured workflows and communication guidelines
- Work independently while meeting performance expectations
Minimum Requirements
- High School / Matric qualification
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Reliable, motivated, and self-disciplined
- Ability to work remotely
- Flexible availability (part-time or full-time options)
Advantageous Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or social media
- Additional language skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms or online communities

- Salary: R13,800 – R20,700 per month
