Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification
• 5+ years customer-facing experience
• 2+ years administrative experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Advantageous:
• Property / Real Estate / Mortgage industry experience
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing property transaction workflows
• Assisting buyers and sellers throughout the process
• Liaising with estate agents, conveyancers, lenders, and clients
• Keeping clients updated on application progress
• Resolving delays and transaction blockers
• Maintaining accurate records and data input
• Supporting and upselling OneDome services
