This role is ideal for highly organised candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting executives or managing operations remotely.

Requirements:
• 1–2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Support
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones
• Experience with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Advantageous:
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Notion, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp experience
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• CRM or project management experience
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Support executives with operations and communication
• Create SOPs and improve workflows
• Assist with research, reporting, and project coordination
• Maintain organisation across systems and teams
